UNI gas booster is designed with base-mounted piston technology, which can provide pressure up to 11,594 psig (800 barg). It is generally applied in the startup of gas stations, PBM, power plants and engines. It has also been widely applied in petroleum, chemical industry, electronics, PET, refrigeration, rubber, valve, wood industry, alumina and other industries. The high-pressure unit is designed with the same durable construction as all UNIGY two-stage reciprocating compressors, and is characterized by high reliability, long service life and easy maintainability.
The oil-free gas booster is applicable to the compression of SF6, helium, nitrogen, biogas, propylene, tail gas, bradenhead gas, coal gas, coalbed methane, methyl chloride, ethylene, LNG, butadiene, R22 refrigerant, ethane, butane, liquefied gas and so on.

The OF oil-free gas booster has been widely applied in machinery manufacturing, petrochemical industry, PET, instrumentation & pipeline, and medical industry. It is an indispensable and important equipment in many sectors.
As the main machine of the compressor, the oil-free gas booster converts the rotary motion of the crankshaft into the reciprocating linear motion of the piston by means of crankshaft, piston and linkage mechanism. The volume composed of a cylinder and a piston varies periodically under the action of the piston, so that the absorption, compression, exhaust and expansion of the gas in the cylinder are completed continuously. After two-stage compression, the gas at a certain pressure is converted into compressed gas with a specified pressure.
